Workshop, Intro to Knitting
Couldn't load pickup availability
Join us in the greenhouse to learn some basic knitting techniques.
This is knitting from the very beginning, so no experience and no supplies required. Over three hours, you'll pick up the handful of techniques that unlock everything else: casting on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, working in stripes, and casting off cleanly. By the end, you'll walk out with a finished potholder or coaster in hand, and the confidence to keep going on your own before the cool months arrive.
We'll supply the yarn and the needles. You bring your hands, your curiosity, and a little patience.
Perfect for total beginners, or anyone who picked up knitting once and wants a proper reset before sweater season sneaks up on you.
Shop while you're here: Workshop attendees get 10% off everything in the store, so feel free to browse before or after class.
Feel free to reach out to krista@siftedrefillery.com with any questions you may have. We can't wait to see you there!
