Organic amaranth, an ancient gluten-free grain with a nutty, slightly peppery flavor. Cooks into a creamy porridge, or pop it in a dry pan.

How to cook: Simmer 1 cup amaranth in 3 cups water for about 25 minutes. It thickens as it cools, so serve it warm.

Good to know: Certified organic. Naturally gluten free.
